You can automatically change the Classic Editor Tab to ‘Visual’ every time you load the page by adding the workaround JQuery Code to function.php.

Workaround Code

function.php
/*-------------------------------
# Auto Select Visual Editor on Admin
--------------------------------*/

function utili3_autoselect_visualeditor_function() {
  ?>
    <script>
        jQuery(document).ready(function($) {

            // Auto Select 'Visual' Tab Editor on Main Classic Editor
            $('.wp-editor-wrap.wp-core-ui').each(function(){
                 $(this).removeClass("html-active");
                 $(this).addClass("tmce-active");
            });

            // Auto Select 'Visual' Tab Editor on Advance Custom Field Classic Editor
            $('.wp-editor-wrap.acf-editor-wrap').each(function(){
                 $(this).removeClass("html-active");
                 $(this).addClass("tmce-active");
            });
        });
    </script>
  <?php
}
add_action( 'admin_footer', 'utili3_autoselect_visualeditor_function' );
